Simple Man Clothing does not provide a refund on any items purchased from the online shop. 

If there is a problem with your order, please contact Simple Man Clothing (simplemanclothing@gmail.com) within the first 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days (not business days, regular calendar days) there cannot be any sort of return made. 

The buyer will have to pay shipping fees and receive either a credit or a new item depending on the reason for return.

All returned items MUST BE IN THE EXACT SAME STATE as when the item was received. It MUST be unwashed, unworn, and unused. If we feel the item is not in the same condition as it was before it was sent, the customer will have to pay the shipping fees to get the product back. 

 

If and/or when there is an order made, the items will be shipped within 7 business days depending on the location of the buyer. All prices are in CDN $.
